1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HyperProps ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HyperProps provides:

  • AI-Powered Prop Analysis: Machine learning models that analyze NBA player props and identify potential value opportunities.
  • Play-Money Parlay Tracking: A virtual currency system for tracking parlay performance. This is for entertainment and educational purposes only.
  • Statistical Analytics: Historical hit rates, player trends, and odds comparison tools.

Important: Play Money Only

HyperProps uses virtual currency with no real monetary value. All parlays and wagers on our platform are for entertainment and tracking purposes only. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through our parlay tracking system. HyperProps is not a sportsbook and does not facilitate real-money gambling.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using HyperProps, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to connect a cryptocurrency wallet (such as Phantom or Solflare). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and any associated credentials. HyperProps never has access to your private keys.

5. Subscription and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed in USDC on the Solana blockchain via our payment processor, Helio.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing date.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, all payments are final. No refunds are provided.
  • Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period. Trial terms are specified at signup.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary algorithms
  • Share your account access with others or resell access to the Service
  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the Service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HyperProps—including but not limited to algorithms, analysis, text, graphics, and software—are owned by HyperProps and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

No Financial or Betting Advice

AI-generated picks and analysis are for entertainment and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, betting, or investment advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should always do your own research and never bet more than you can afford to lose.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, HyperProps makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Odds, lines, and statistics are sourced from third parties and may be delayed or incorrect.

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperProps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any losses incurred from betting decisions made based on our analysis.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HyperProps and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
