- Wallet Address: Your Solana wallet public address when you connect for authentication or payments.

- Parlay History: Records of parlays you create, including selections, stakes, and outcomes.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and general location (country/region).
Payment Information
- Transaction Records: Payment amounts, dates, and Solana transaction signatures.
- Subscription Status: Your plan type, billing dates, and subscription status.
Note: We do not have access to your wallet private keys. Payments are processed directly on the Solana blockchain.

- Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience

3. Blockchain Transparency
Important: Transactions on the Solana blockchain are public and permanent. When you make a payment, the transaction—including your wallet address and amount—is recorded on-chain and visible to anyone. This is inherent to blockchain technology and outside our control.

We use trusted third-party services to operate HyperProps:
- Supabase: Database hosting and authentication services.
- Helio: Cryptocurrency payment processing on Solana.
- The Odds API: Real-time betting odds data.
- balldontlie API: NBA statistics and player data.
- Vercel: Web hosting and infrastructure.
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion:
- Personal identifiers (email) are deleted within 30 days
- Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics
- Blockchain transaction records are permanent and cannot be deleted

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
- Secure database hosting with access controls
- Regular security audits and monitoring
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
